1 year to redeem your gift card
once redeemed, there is a 6-month activation date before the credits expire.
If you need to cancel a booked class, please see the cancellation policy to receive your credit back on your account
If you have a membership and add the credits with an active membership, the app will automatically deduct the credits first. Please reach out, and we will correct this issue.
If you would like a physical gift card please contact us and will can deliver a card to you (in Prince Rupert BC)
