Hannah Korhonen

Co-Owner of Sweat Rebel Fitness and Zikhara Yoga Studio. She is a dedicated professional always expanding her knowledge. CFES/ISSA PT, Weight Instructor, Group Instructor, Crossfit Level 1, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, Pumped Up Strength, Youth and Senior Coach, American Barre Technique and currently working on her mobility, bodybuilding and nutrition coaching certifications. Outside of the studio you can find her playing D & D, volunteering and hanging with her family.

Crystal Sawatzky

Co-owner of Sweat Rebel Fitness and Zikhara Yoga Studio. During the day she is a busy accountant and by night she ventures between both studios as a CFES Group Instructor, a 500 Hour RYT Yoga Instructor and a Pelvic-Informed Comprehensive Pilates Mat Instructor. Crystal lives for Tacos, Unicorns, Cats and Plants. Her smile always lights up a room.

  • Jaime Siguenza

    Jaime started his coaching career in 2013 and is very passionate about the benefits of Crossfit, in particular its applicability to first responders and its ability to prepare them for difficulties of their job (unknown and knowable). Jaime is constanting reaching new goals and traveling for competitions.

  • Anthony Mosher

    Originally from Nova Scotia, Anthony brings serious strength, expertise, and East Coast charm to the North Coast. A Level 3 trainer and nationally ranked competitive athlete, he specializes in Olympic lifting and has years of coaching experience under his belt.

    With a wealth of knowledge and a calm, confident vibe, Prince Rupert is lucky to have him on the team—and we’re beyond excited for what he brings to the barbell and beyond.

  • Annie Crete

    Annie Crete

    Annie comes to us from New Brunswick and has been training in CrossFit for seven years and competing in Powerlifting for five! She has competed nationally in the last two years and is working towards obtaining her Referee certification within the Canadian Powerlifting Union. To her, the best part of functional fitness is the adaptability of the sport to any person and ability. Outside of sports, she can usually be found walking the local trails or at home baking various treats.

  • Courtnee Coolin

    Courtnee has been training her entire life, excelling in competitive figure skating and a deep passion for Olympic lifting. She is newly certified with ISSA and is eager to work with youth and beginners, helping individuals to progress in strength training and adopt fitness as a lifestyle.

  • Emily Gordon

    Emily brings a deep passion and respect for fitness to every session. A former hockey player and current construction worker, she’s all about building strength—both on the job and in the gym.

    While navigating life after high school and future goals, Emily continues to focus on mind-muscle connection, proper technique, and making movement fun and empowering for women.

    We’re grateful for her fresh energy, strength, and heart as she grows with our team.

  • Lindsay Barton MacDonald

    Lindsay specializes in Powerlifting and TRX Suspension Training. She is dedicated and passionate to fitness and wellness. She is an advocate for self love and wants to work with people to help foster that physical and self growth. When Lindsay isn’t slaying the gym she is running around with her littles at her daycare.

  • Reagan Pomponino

    Reagan is here and absolutely kicking butt. With a bold personality and fresh energy, she’s leading bootcamp-style conditioning classes that push you, cheer you on, and leave you feeling strong.

    Fitness runs in the family—passed down from her incredible mom, Michele. When she’s not lighting up the studio, Reagan is providing compassionate care as a nurse at the hospital (because yes—nurses rock).

    We’re so lucky to have her heart, hustle, and fire on the team.

  • Brittaney Finnigan

    Brittaney loves to add spice to her classes and can really pump up a crowd. She brings big energy, big hugs and big moves. Brittaney is currently working on a speclization that focuses around hormone health and postpardum training. She loves spending time with her family and friends.

  • Nadia Movold

    Nadia brings the heat to cycling classes with some fusion of core and toning with big beats. Nadia has been teaching for over 10 years and her playlists are banging. Nadia is passionate about fitness either in group classes or playing hockey. Nadia doesn’t just slay in the gym, she is also buzzing all over town as dedicated realtor for Remax.

  • Karen Turner

    Karen brings over 20 years of teaching experience and a whole lot of joy to every class. She started with yoga and has recently expanded into Ride and cross conditioning, showing her love for movement in all forms.

    A proud member of the Prince Rupert community, Karen is known for her resilience, kindness, and adventurous spirit. She values family, friendship, and trying new things—and brings that same warmth to her coaching style.

  • Rebecca Steinke

    Rebecca is a Registered Nurse who recently relocated from Vancouver Island and is passionate about health, wellness, and community.

    Since her first class in 2004, she’s explored many styles of yoga—Ashtanga, yin, restorative, vinyasa, hot, kundalini, and meditation—recognizing the physical and mental benefits each brings. She believes there’s a practice for everyone and continues to learn and share yoga’s transformative power.

  • Mandy Lawson

    Mandy Lawson has been teaching yoga for over 12 years and has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She recently moved back to Prince Rupert after several years in Costa Rica where she started her yoga school, Costa Yoga. She leads yoga teacher trainings as well as morning Yin. Mandy welcomes everyone to yoga, no matter their experience or ability.

  • Amanda Ringham

    After 17 years in Revelstoke, Amanda made her way to the North Coast last fall. With over 20 years of practice, her approach to yoga is guided by curiosity, playfulness, and a deep respect for the connections we build with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

    As she often says with a smile, “We’re all just walking each other home—so let’s make it sweet.”

    Michelle began her yoga journey in 2011 to manage chronic pain and stress—only to discover strength, freedom, and the power of her own body. In 2023, she completed her 200-hour certification in Gentle Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga with Costa Yoga.

    As a busy executive, Michelle understands life’s pressures and invites you to experience the balance and clarity yoga brings. Her classes focus on inclusivity, authenticity, and relaxation—helping you unwind, restore, and reconnect at the end of the day.

  • Simran Padda

    Bhangra has been part of Simran’s life since childhood, through community and cultural events. She now shares her knowledge to inspire others to experience this energetic East Indian dance.

    Her classes are a fun way to connect with rhythm, culture, and community—while getting an amazing workout.
