We’ve walked through trauma, injury, caregiving, low confidence, and burnout.
We’ve learned to adapt. To listen.
To move forward with compassion, not perfection.
And that’s why we built this space.

Sweat Rebel Fitness and Zikhara Yoga exist not to be everything—
but to be something meaningful.

Our Fuel

Our why is what we return to when life gets loud, messy, and draining.
