Please note that an active credit card must be on file for your account.  If we have any issues charging your card, your account may be locked.

Cancellations:

No Cash Refunds

8 Hours requirement to cancel class and receive credit*

24 Hours requirement to cancel personal training session and receive credit 

*Late cancellations within 6 hours before class will result in a $8 custom charge to the card on file.  Please note, for 6am classes, the cutoff time for cancellation is 9pm the night before.  Late cancellation after this time will result in lost credit and the $8 custom charge.

No shows to class will result in a $15 custom charge to the card on file.

After 3 no shows, your account may be placed on hold until you check in with us.

These policies are in place to take into consideration the work of the instructors in their class preparation as well as the other members.

To ensure we all have a positive experience, please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.

INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions form part of our agreement, between you, the “Client” or “User”, and us, the “Instructor(s)”, when you purchase or use any of our services. By purchasing or using our services, a Client or User is agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions.  Please pay special attention to the provisions related to refunds, cancellations, and expiries.

CANCELLATIONS | REFUNDS | EXPIRY DATES

  • Training/coaching services are 100% non-refundable.  No exceptions! For group fitness conditions, scroll down below.

  • All training/coaching packages have expiry dates. The date starts from the date a Client purchases the package, not when they book their first session. This is to prevent delay in booking sessions.  It is the Client’s responsibility to understand when their coaching package expires and book all their sessions immediately to secure their spots (We offer a booking app where the Client can manage their appointments online). Sessions that were not utilized before the package expires will be lost. No exceptions!

  • All training/coaching packages have a minimum number of sessions to use each month. This is to keep the Client accountable and working with the Instructor on a regular basis for the best results. In the case of shift-work, each case will be individually assessed in order to organize the most effective training/coaching sessions that will benefit the Client and adhere to the training/coaching package requirements.

  • Clients should arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before the start of their session to ensure they get the full 60 minute session. The clock starts and ends on time. If a Client is late the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time. If the Instructor is late additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

  • 24 hours notice is required to book a session with the Instructor The Instructor needs time to organize and prepare for upcoming appointments.

  • 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL A SESSION! If a session has to be cancelled, the Client will need to make up for that session before the package expires. If the session is not rescheduled before the package expiry date, the session will be lost.

  • Clients who cancel an appointment within 24 hours of their session will lose their session. No exceptions! When a Client cancels within 24 hours, the Instructor loses the opportunity to book another Client in that same spot = loss of income.

  • If a Client needs to take a break from coaching, such as vacation time, travelling, etc, the package expiry dates are NOT EXTENDED to accommodate a Client’s break from coaching. Clients who fail to plan ahead risk losing their sessions.

  • If the Instructor goes on vacation, gets sick, or has to temporarily stop coaching services for a period of time, all in-person training Clients will receive a time extension on their package equal to the number of days the Instructor is unavailable. For group fitness, the program will be extended at no extra charge to registered participants.

NON-TRANSFERABLE

A Client cannot transfer their unused portion of their training/coaching packages to another individual. However, if they did NOT start their coaching, we may accept a transfer. In the case of this situation, the Client should contact us ASAP as transfers will only be accepted upon our approval.

TEXTING | EMAILING | PHONE CALLS

  • Texting, emailing and phone calls are reserved for booking, cancelling, or rescheduling appointments only.

  • If a Client needs immediate assistance or has to cancel an appointment within the 24 hour limit, a text or phone call is preferred.

  • Questions about fitness and nutrition, their plan, and anything relative to their training/coaching should be asked during their coaching sessions and not through texting, emailing, or phone calls. If clients continue to ask questions concerning the coaching plans via text, email, or phone, the exact amount of time the Instructor spends on answering the Client will be subtracted from the Client’s total coaching minutes.

  • For group fitness, a Client can ask the Coach questions before or after a scheduled class.

HEALTH & SAFETY

The Instructor has completed and holds a current certificate for Emergency First Aid & CPR. The Instructor has liability insurance. The Instructor provides a safe exercise environment.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES, CREDITS, PROGRAMS & WORKSHOPS

  • There will be no refunds for membership withdrawal under any circumstances unless requested 7 days prior to your next payment is due to be paid.

  • Monthly recurring memberships can be cancelled at anytime, but must give one month's notice to cancel the recurring payments. For those memberships with a minimum ‘X’ amount of month commitment, the minimum ‘X’ month commitment must be met before cancellation.

  • Programs or workshops without sufficient enrollment may be cancelled at any time; an option of a credit or refund will be given.

  • There will be no makeup classes, credits, or refunds for personal absences, vacations, inclement weather, or missed classes or workshops by the participant for any reason.

  • Class, program or workshop enrollment cannot be transferred to another individual.

  • Participants may be filmed or pictures taken for marketing purposes. Participation in a session means participants consent to photography, filming and sound recording which may include you as a Client and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.

  • The Client is responsible for keeping all their contact information and preferences up-to-date with the Coach.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER & USER AGREEMENT

Sweat Rebel Fitness  strongly recommends that all users, the “User”, of this website, classes, programs, or services first consult with their physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. By participating in any in-person program or service that Sweat Rebel Fitness offers, the Client or User is declaring that they have definitely received permission from their physician to participate.

A Client or User should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in any exercises or nutrition program.

Sweat Rebel Fitness is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise or nutrition on a medical condition.

A Client or User should understand that when participating in any exercise, exercise program, or nutrition program there is the possibility of physical injury or illness. If a Client or User engages in any exercise, or exercise program, or nutrition program they automatically agree that they do so at their own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury and illness, and agree to release and discharge Sweat Rebel Fitness from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Sweat Rebel Fitness’s negligence.
